Purpose
This report provides an estimate of what is outstanding on parts. Changes to prices of parts would not be reflected here.

The report is accessed from the switchboard and generated from the parts received portion of purchase orders.

It also provides the estimated value (based on last cost price) of items on back order. The summary shows how many PO's are involved from each supplier and the total value of items received and back ordered from each supplier. Report totals are also included
