Purpose
This report shows the complete history for an individual customer. It can help to build better customer relationships and shows your customer you are very well organized.

The report is generated from work orders. You select a customer from the drop down list above the button and the click to generate the report. Tip! offer to provide any report in electronic formats to save printing costs and storage space for your customer. You can just email them a copy.
Contents
The report contains the customer contact information and complete details about each service incident including labor and parts details. Work order ID #'s and Totals. It is nicely formatted so that you can provide it to your customer as an extra service or use it for reference when a vehicle returns for it's next appointment.
