A statement should reflect your business image and help you stand out from the crowd, or not. We will set it up just the way you like it.
Statement generation is fully automatic. If you click the statement button you will get a prompt asking if you wish to print all your customer statements for the month and if you click yes you can just pick them up next time past the printer. If you want to just print one, you select a customer from a the list in the box provided and print just the one for that customer. The list is already presorted to only display customers with account balances.
