Create Your Custom Guidelines to Investment

Today I’m going to begin this series on Rules of the Game by getting you to believe differently about your life. I’m not guaranteeing that you’ll have some sort of life-changing lightning bolt. However,if you can stick to me through this and future article, you’re visiting some changes. You can’t bend the guidelines to your benefit until you know what they are!

What is a rule?

To start, let me cover a couple of fundamental concepts and ideas.
So,what is a guideline? Well,a guideline is basically a broad category of beliefs that define how someone believes the world runs. The keyword here is “believes.”
The majority of the time, individuals are running on rules that they set for themselves without even recognising it.

Guidelines You Think Exist

What are some rules you might unconsciously follow? Well,in my type of work and individuals I’ve connected with,I have actually discovered these to be extremely common:

· You need to work more to make more money.

· If you work hard, your work will be rewarded.

· You have to go to school to get a good job.

· The government will take care of you in retirement.

Want to know a common thing among all of these rules? More times than not, these rules are broken.
In reality, you’re the only one envisioning them, and everyone else is doing simply great without them.

The Other Hand

So,let’s take another method. If these fictional guidelines do not exist and everybody doesn’t follow them, why not follow your own set of rules? I do not desire you to take what I stated above as a factor to toss all guidelines out the window. Really, guidelines are very important; it’s just crucial you’re following the right set of rules.
Rules should be empowering, they must set a standard of conduct for you to follow, they need to have a cause-and-effect relationship with your outcomes, and they ought to set your protocols and treatments.
